The Church cannot grow if it will not share the gospel

From Archbishop Cranmer. I need to remind myself of every word of this post. It’s devilishly easy to forget the reason church exists—especially when one’s church experiences some success in terms of numerical growth. Dear Lord, make me faithful in sharing the gospel. “The fields are white for harvest.” Let nothing distract me from that task. Amen.

    This is powerful.
    A Son. Not a soldier or a con man.
    The Son encountered many more people who reviled, resisted or misunderstood him, than who believed. And yet, he was steadfast in his message of salvation and judgement. He wept over Jerusalem, but he never compromised.
