I’m very pleased to promote this new Bible translation, which is sponsored in part by the United Methodist Church. I’ve been reading and enjoying the CEB New Testament since last summer. The entire Bible will appear in August.
I trust the many scholars who have been involved in translating it, at least a few of whom are faculty at the Candler School of Theology, my beloved alma mater.
